Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional care and service to clients.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, ensure compliance with standards, manage inventory and reports, and collaborate with marketing on promotions to grow the branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced beauty and wellness brand with opportunities for growth and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
