• Maintain AMLA compliance and risk management for the branch

The Branch Head is responsible for the overall supervision and management of the branch.He/she spearheads the branch’s marketing efforts and sees to it that the branch delivers efficient and effective customer service.He/she ensures that the branch achieves its profitability targets, operational goals, internal control, and strict adherence to required standard of the bank’s policies and procedures.He/she also sees to it that the branch is risk free and AMLA compliant and ensures the general upkeep of the branch.He/she signs memoranda and correspondences and approves transactions in accordance with the limits defined under the Manual on Signing Authority (MSA).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course.
• With at least 3 years of experience as branch head/branch manager.
• With at least 5 years of experience in banking operations.
