Job summary

Nails Glow- Head Office is seeking a proactive Branch Head to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales, and uphold service standards. You will lead a small team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies while managing inventories and reports.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2–3 years in branch management, strong leadership, and superb communication skills. Weekend shifts may be required to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience in branch management, retail, sales, operations, or a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory management, and basic financial reporting
• Able to make decisions, solve problems, and work under pressure
• Organized, dependable, and results-oriented
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays when required by branch operations
