Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head in the Philippines to oversee the branch's profitability, marketing, operations and administration while developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The role includes supervising branch servicing (OTC and ATM) and leading a team to achieve funds generation and profitability targets, implementing effective marketing strategies within the covered area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of branch operations and marketing experience.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel/move within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain branch goals.
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).

Job Summary

The Branch Head is responsible in the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area
