Job summary

BDO Unibank, through BDO Network Bank, is seeking a Branch Head to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch while developing long-term client relationships.

This role requires a four- or five-year degree, at least 5 years in branch operations and marketing, strong managerial skills, and willingness to travel within the covered area to serve communities in Ilocos Sur.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course, or Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Has at least 5 years of working experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities
