BDO Network Bank in the Philippines seeks a Branch Head to oversee profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, while building long-term relationships with clients.

You will manage branch services including over-the-counter and ATM operations, implement effective marketing strategies, and lead a team to achieve targets across Rizal Palawan coverage.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area: Rizal Palawan

The Branch Head is responsible in the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
