Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking a Branch Head responsible for the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch, and for developing long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The role includes overseeing branch services (over-the-counter and ATM), driving branch performance, and implementing effective marketing strategies across the covered area in Bulacan and nearby locales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of branch operations and marketing experience.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Amenable with movement within the covered area.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to attain the goals and objectives of the Bank in terms of funds generation, credit services, and other bank products and profitability targets
• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).

• Oversee the overall servicing of the branch (i.e. over-the-counter and ATM).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Has at least 5 year(s) of working experience in branch operations and marketing
• Must have excellent managerial skills.
• Able to implement effective marketing strategies
• Amenable with movement within the covered area
