You will evaluate branch SOPs, COH, FFE, and related operations, document findings, report to Audit Supervisor, handle vault-related tasks, and pursue ongoing training in appraisal tools and software, while upholding CVM Core

Qualifications

• College level education in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience performing branch operations duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical and digital Branch Compliance Audit per BSP and government requirements.
• Counts and appraises jewelry, gadgets, and forex to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assesses branch operations per SOPs for COH, FFE, and other SOPs.
• Ensures policies and security standards are properly interpreted and followed in branches.
• Documents findings and submits reports with recommendations to Audit Supervisor.
• Handles special assignments including vault stock turnover and changing vault door combinations.
• Ensures books and records are updated and official receipts issued.
• Maintains integrity and honesty in all transactions with proper supporting files.
• Pursues ongoing training in appraisal tools and related software.
• Ensures appraisal tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including weekly area workplan.
