Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking a Branch Compliance Audit Specialist to ensure all branches meet BSP and government requirements. The role involves physical and digital counting of jewelry, gadgets, and forex and regular branch operations assessments.

You will document findings, discuss recommendations with the Audit Supervisor, handle vault turnover when needed, and ensure records are updated with accurate receipts.

Qualifications

At least college level of any related course.
Minimum three years of experience performing duties equivalent to a branch operations specialist.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal.
Analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Conducts physical and digital audits of branches to ensure compliance with BSP and government requirements.
Counts and appraises jewelry, gadgets, and forex for accuracy and policy compliance.
Performs regular branch operations assessments and ensures SOPs are followed.
Documents findings and discusses recommendations with Audit Supervisor.
Handles special assignments including vault turnover and updating records across branches.
Maintains complete and accurate books and receipts across branches.

Job description

1.Conducts physical and digital Branch Compliance Audit to ensure that all branches are complied with

BSP and other government requirements.
2. Conducts physical and digital counting and appraisal of all jewelry, gadgets, and forex to ascertain its

accuracy and completeness in accordance with company’s prescribed policies and guidelines.
3. Conducts regular branch operations assessment in accordance with established branch standard operating

procedures and policies covering but not limited to the following :
- Cash on hand (COH) – to ensure the complete and accurate accounting of all cash assets of the
  
  branch.
- Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) – to ensure completeness, proper maintenance, and proper
  
  usage of FFE.
- All branch operations related SOPs.
4. Ensures that prescribed policies and security standards are interpreted and carried out properly in

branches.
5. Documents findings and submits reports gathered and discusses the same with the Audit Supervisor

together with the corresponding recommendations, when necessary.
6. Handles special assignments as instructed by the immediate superior including turnover of vault stocks

and accountabilities, change of vault door combination when needed.
7. Ensures that all books and records of the branches are updated, complete and issuance of official

receipts is consistently done.
8. Ensures integrity and honesty in all transactions. Sees to it that all transactions are supported with the

correct, complete, and honest files of records required.
9. Ensures that he/she is properly educated and has initiatives to undergo training in all technical skills

in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal, SOPs, POS and other related computer software provided by

the company.
10. Ensures that all appraisal tools and other equipment provided by the company are in good condition

and properly working.
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the

immediate superior.
12. Prepare weekly workplan on area branches assigned based on audit objectives .
