Responsibilities

• Reviews and checks the veracity and factuality of branch records.
• Conducts physical checks and reconciliation of branch stocks against inventory records.
• Ensures completeness of sales documents prior to release to customers or financing.
• Performs customer confirmations and unit verification for data accuracy.
• Investigates audit findings and issues memoranda to branch personnel.
• Proposes improvements and communicates findings to Branch Manager.
• Suggests amendments to policies and procedures to enhance operations.
• Maintains secrecy of audit schedules, findings, and data.
• Conducts cash count and reconciliation of branch funds.
• Composes and submits audit reports with recommendations.
