Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance.
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and directing / educating clients to use alternative electronic channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements.
