Qualifications

• Graduate with a four- or five-year degree.
• At least 3 years of branch banking experience as an officer, with 2 years in Marketing or Sales of bank products.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lobby traffic and provide customer service to branch clients.
• Drive sales through active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of bank and affiliate products.
• Approve and override transactions while ensuring policy compliance.
• Identify client needs and generate sales leads to achieve branch sales targets.
