Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking an Associate Inventory Controller in Calumpit, Bulacan. The role oversees stock records for raw materials and packaging, ensuring accurate levels and timely stock replenishment to support production needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting or Business Management, 1 year of related experience (fresh graduates welcome), and proficiency in ERP/SAP, MS Office, and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in ERP/SAP.
• Ability to work in MS Office / Google Suite environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods for delivery, and returned finished goods in the inventory system, including receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
• Monitors inventory levels, and plans for timely procurement of materials to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborates with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to align production plans, deliveries, purchase requests, and bidding requests.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory transactions, receipts, and adjustments, adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As an Associate Inventory Controller, you will oversee inventory control for raw materials and packaging storage, ensuring accurate levels, efficient material transfer, and timely stock replenishment to support production needs.

Other responsibilities include:

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods for delivery, and returned finished goods in the inventory system, including receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
• Monitors inventory levels, and plans for timely procurement of materials to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Collaborates with various departments, including Production, Purchasing, and Logistics, to ensure clear communication and alignment of production plans, deliveries, purchase requests, and bidding requests.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory transactions, receipts, and adjustments, adhering to company and regulatory standards.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Accounting or Business Management course
• At least 1 year of related work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP/SAP)
• Ability to work in MS Office / Google Suite environment
