Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Trade Marketing Associate for our Manila on-site team. Based in Ermita, you will manage end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions and price change cascades across Modern Trade accounts.

You will ensure accuracy of execution, submit reports on time, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality store-level outcomes. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Marketing or Business background and Google Suite proficiency are

• Monitor and maintain Countering Date Completeness Rate across Luzon branches.

About The Role

Location: Ermita, Manila

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (On-site)

As a Trade Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions, from product introduction to accounts through delivery at the store level.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of Price Change cascades and communications across Modern Trade channels, including proper barcode tagging at the store level.
• Execute New Product Introductions and Price Change implementations across assigned accounts.
• Ensure execution accuracy and timely submission of execution reports.
• Monitor and maintain Countering Date Completeness Rate across Luzon branches.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
