About the Role

Location: Dulalia, Valenzuela

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Technical

Reporting to: Sr. Technical Service Engineer

As the Quality Control Associate, you will ensure that incoming products from suppliers meet established quality standards, specifications, and company requirements before acceptance or release. You will also be conducting inspections, identifying non-conforming products, and coordinating the proper handling of defective or on-hold items, while maintaining accurate inspection records to support quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and supplier compliance.

Other responsibilities include:

• Conduct incoming product inspections to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and monitor non-conforming or on-hold products while coordinating timely resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, prepare quality reports, and ensure traceability for audits and compliance requirements.
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in product quality, quality control, technical service, product testing, or a related field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inspection methods, quality standards, specifications, and measurement tools.
• Proficient in Google Workspace for maintaining inspection, inventory, and quality records.
• Good documentation, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned/deployed in our Dulalia, Valenzuela branch.
