Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in branch administration
• Experience in poultry, agriculture, or manufacturing operations is preferred
• Knowledge of branch fund handling, cash advances, liquidation, and reimbursement processes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time
• Process transactions in BOS (PR, RFP, Assets, Inventory, Contract Growing)
• Conduct MedVac inventory and reconciliation (system vs actual)
• Assist CG Supervisor in requesting medicines and vaccines
• Maintain branch vehicle and contract records
• Assist in check release to business partners
• Act as petty cash custodian and ensure proper liquidation
• Support the Business Center Head in administrative tasks
• Handle travel arrangements and event coordination
• Perform other duties related to operations
