Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles.
• Experience in branch or multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong background in accounting, inventory control, and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Enforce adherence to policies and SOPs across all branch operations.
• Ensure staff understand guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize risk.
• Maintain records of transactions, reports, inventory, and personnel docs.
• Coordinate communication between branch and head office for requirements and updates.
• Assist onboarding, orientation, and training of new hires.
• Support Sales Team with branch operations, sales initiatives, and customer service requirements.
• Monitor invoices and bounced checks; coordinate with accounting on actions.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and documentation.
