Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is hiring a Branch Associate (Fixed-term) in Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur. You will execute end-to-end HR, admin and purchasing tasks and act as the Branch Revolving Fund custodian.

Key duties include attendance submission to the Agency Partner, processing IRs for employee violations, renewal of permits, SCO compliance, inventory of non-trade supplies, and handling branch expenses, truck documents, and 3PL coordination to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Fresh graduates with any work experience are also welcome to apply.
• Experience related to Administrative work is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and ability to use Google Workspace are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end HR/Admin/Purchasing tasks for the branch.
• Serve as Branch Revolving Fund custodian.
• Submit attendance to Agency Partner on time.
• Process IRs for employees with violations and forward to HR.
• Renew annual business permits, truck registrations and other permits.
• Ensure SCO policy compliance and safety protocols per guidelines.
• Conduct monthly inventory of non-trade supplies.
• Prepare PR/PO for operating supplies and keep booklets stocked.
• Record and reconcile branch daily expenses within budget.
