Job summary

HomeAuto Phil Trade Inc. seeks a Branch Accountant to support daily financial operations at our Aseana, Paranaque City dealership. You will handle vehicle sales accounting, bank reconciliations, and AR reporting while coordinating with Sales and Finance teams.

Requirements include a 2–3 year accounting background in the Philippines, knowledge of VAT and withholding tax, and strong Excel skills. On-site work setup at the dealership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience in the Philippines.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, retail, trading, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting practices.
• Basic knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax.
• Must be able to independently perform bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and comfortable handling a high volume of financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting of vehicle sales transactions.
• Verify Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, Official Receipts, customer payments, discounts, and other sales documents.
• Monitor outstanding balances, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile daily cash, bank transfers, credit card transactions, financing payments, and other collections.
• Prepare daily collection and weekly accounts receivable reports.
• Perform daily vehicle inventory reconciliation and ensure book inventory matches physical inventory.
• Handle branch petty cash and bank reconciliation.
• Review financial documentation prior to vehicle release.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and Finance regarding customer payments and discrepancies.
