Job summary

Fast Autoworld Philippines Corporation - Mitsubishi Motors in Dumaguete is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee financial and accounting operations at the dealership branch. You will ensure accurate recording of vehicle sales, aftersales transactions, collections, inventory, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in automotive dealership or retail.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek.

Key Objective:

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the dealership branch, ensuring accurate recording of vehicle sales, aftersales transactions, collections, inventory, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements while safeguarding company assets and providing timely financial insights to support operational efficiency, profitability, and informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Finance, or any related field

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage

• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an automotive dealership, retail, or distribution industry

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, inventory accounting, and internal controls

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting or ERP systems

• Willing to work on a six (6)-day workweek
