• Liaise with store managers and departments to gather financial information.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Accountant/Store Accounting professional to join our team at Tom's World Philippines Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting for our retail stores.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions

• Reconcile bank accounts, sales records, and other accounts on a regular basis

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses

• Liaise with store managers and other departments to gather financial information and provide support

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controls

• Provide training and support to store-level accounting personnel
