Job summary

Supervalue, Inc. in Batangas is seeking an experienced Branch Accounting head to ensure proper implementation of branch accounting in line with the company's accounting methods and policies. You will oversee the branch accounting team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will lead Supervisors and staff, conduct regular store visits in Batangas, Lipa, and Sto. Tomas, and ensure compliance with updated tax and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy completed.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable in updated Tax and Accounting Standards.
• Retail industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP and POS.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Supervisors and rank-and-file personnel at the branch, including performance evaluation and career development.
• Conduct regular branch visits of the stores within assigned Batangas branches (Batangas, Lipa and Sto. Tomas).
• Check and review the financial statements and activity reports of the assigned branches.
