About the role

Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a Sales Learning Specialist to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This role is strategic in nature, as it directly influences the performance, capability and growth of our sales force, ultimately contributing to the company's business objectives and revenue targets. Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive sales training programmes, including onboarding modules, product knowledge courses, and sales techniques training tailored to different experience levels
• Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses to identify skill deficiencies and learning priorities within the sales organisation
• Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats including classroom workshops, virtual sessions, and self-paced online learning materials
• Create and maintain learning resources such as training manuals, job aids, case studies and multimedia content to support ongoing development
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys and performance metrics to continuously improve programme quality
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team managers to understand business challenges and align learning solutions with strategic priorities
• Track and report on training completion rates, learner engagement and the impact of learning initiatives on sales performance
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging learning technologies and sales methodologies to keep training content relevant and effective
• Coach and mentor sales managers and team leaders on coaching and development techniques to reinforce learning in the workplace

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales training and development, preferably in a technology or consulting services environment
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience designing training programmes for sales professionals
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt communication style accordingly
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and experience with instructional design tools and software
• Experience developing e-learning content and familiarity with virtual training delivery platforms
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to measure training ROI and identify improvement opportunities
• Knowledge of sales processes, sales techniques and the sales industry is highly advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, Business or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in instructional design, adult education or training delivery are advantageous
