Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer with at least 1 year experience in a UK, US, or AUS collections account in the past 4 years.
• Finished a bachelor's degree (any specialization).

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and manage capability building programs that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Plan and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
• Identify risks and opportunities across programs with other program managers.
• Analyze and report on program risks and progress for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timing for initiatives.
• Manage program ROI and vendor procurement for capability-building programs.
• Deliver against established business goals and stakeholder expectations.
