Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in collection operations and team handling.
• Not a job hopper.
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coaching of 15-20 team members.
• Ensure customer financial needs are met with best customer experience.
• Monitor team interactions for accuracy and adherence to practices.
• Assist in making employment decisions and set performance standards.
• Achieve individual KPIs while maintaining operational risk control.

Skills

Excellent communication & feedback/coaching skills

Understanding of collections terminologies, guidelines and laws

Experience in collections team management

Sound Knowledge about collections domain

Ability to manage SLA, KPIs, and project deliverables
