iOPEX Tech in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, is seeking a Training Supervisor to elevate employee skills, improve performance, and drive a culture of continuous learning within a dynamic BPO environment.

You will deploy diverse training methods, conduct inductions, measure ROI, and mentor staff. This onsite role requires night shifts and shifting schedules; weekly learning sessions and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Training Lead/Supervisor experience in a BPO setup.
• Proven track record designing and executing training programs.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, e-learning, workshops, simulations).
• Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
