Job summary

iOPEX Tech in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, is seeking a Training Supervisor to elevate employee skills, boost performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization. You will deploy training methods, conduct inductions, and monitor ROI while driving ongoing development and staying updated on training trends.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a BPO setting, on-site work with shifting schedules, and a focus on delivering measurable results for business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Training Lead/Supervisor experience on a BPO set up.
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc).
