Job summary

AFNI Philippines, Inc. is hiring a BPO Trainer at our SM Fairview location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to upskill customer service agents and support staff.

A ₱30,000 sign-on bonus is offered to successful candidates. You will conduct classroom and hands-on training, create materials, assess performance, and ensure alignment with client standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BPO Trainer or similar training role in customer service
• Strong knowledge of call centre operations, QA standards, and training best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes for BPO agents and staff
• Conduct classroom and hands-on sessions aligned with client requirements
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Create training materials including manuals, presentations, and online resources
• Assess training effectiveness through tests and metrics
• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted interventions
• Maintain training records for compliance and audits
• Collaborate with management to align training with business objectives
• Provide coaching to new and existing team members
• Stay updated with industry best practices and update programs accordingly
