Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in BPO or call center industry.
• At least 2 years in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
• 1–2 years in financial services, banking or related industry.
• Hands-on experience in billing operations and financial processes.
• Experience in banking, lending, finance, insurance, or US mortgage servicing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive action plans.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City or Mandaue City and night shift.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the BPO or call center industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a related industry.
• Must have hands-on experience in billing operations and financial-related processes.
• Experience in banking, lending, finance, insurance, or US mortgage servicing is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare and present performance reports.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and drive action plans.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City or Mandaue City.
• Must be amenable to a night shift schedule.
