Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking an Operations Team Lead – Financial Account to supervise a team of financial specialists in Cebu City, driving performance, coaching, and ensuring accurate billing and compliant processes.

You will monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and produce reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to boost workflow. Onsite role with night shifts; leadership and banking/finance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 2 years as an Operations Team Lead/Supervisor in the BPO industry
• Must have billing experience
• Experience in banking/financing, insurance, or US mortgage servicing (preferred)
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Night shift schedule required
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City or Mandawe City
• Must have minimum 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Must have minimum 3+ years of call centre or BPO experience
• Must have minimum 1-2 years of financial services or banking experience
