Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for its BPO operations in Taguig, Philippines. You will oversee a team of CSRs, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while delivering high-quality customer interactions.

You will coach, mentor, and provide timely performance feedback, and manage escalations as needed. The role requires shifting schedules and ASAP start. TELUS Digital champions equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.
• Must have Technical/Sales experience as a Team Leader (BPO).
• Can work 100% onsite in Taguig and be available for a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of CSRs to meet program metrics and standards.
• Coach and mentor agents; provide performance feedback and support.
• Produce regular performance reports and handle escalation calls as needed.
• Plan, assess, and conduct feedback meetings within the performance cycle.
• Drive productivity and profitability while supporting professional growth.
