Metacom Careers in Metro Manila is seeking an entry-level Recruitment Assistant to source and approach potential BPO applicants outside the office. You will explain job openings, qualifications, salary, and benefits; encourage qualified candidates to visit the office; and assist applicants during the initial application and interviews.

You will meet daily and weekly applicant sourcing targets and coordinate with the Recruitment Team regarding endorsed applicants.
