Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Clear, professional spoken English with a neutral accent — comfortable being the first voice a client or candidate hears
• Demonstrated ability to keep a call on track and moving — comfortable with high call volume (inbound and outbound) without losing accuracy on details like job requirements or scheduling
• 2+ years of contact center, sales support, or telemarketing experience (BPO background a plus)
• Capable of organizing and maintaining clear, structured records — job listings, CRM entries, and documentation others can pick up without confusion
• Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts — with clients or candidates — without needing to elevate every issue
• Comfortable multitasking across calls, CRM updates, and admin tasks within the same shift
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while still hitting team goals.
