Job summary

Transcosmos Asia Philippines Inc. is seeking a Reports Analyst Lead to manage task allocation, dashboard development, and reporting processes.

The role collaborates with stakeholders and the management team to prioritize business information needs and ensure accuracy across reports. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in BPO reporting, strong MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and proven ability to create dashboards from scratch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage; Completed at least 2yrs in college.
• With at least 2 year of experience as Reports Analyst Lead in BPO.
• Experience in handling a team of Reports Analyst
• Experience in creating reports/dashboards from scratch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Must be proficient in Advanced MS Excel and its functionalities and be able to work on other MS Tools and VBA.

Responsibilities

• Manage task allocation of all reports and workforce team members.
• Assist stakeholders with dashboard development and report generation.
• Work closely with management team to prioritize business and information needs
• Act as key person to do check and balance on different reporting information.
• Provides analytics and performance recommendations based on generated values
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency
• Evaluates, recommend and implement different reporting methodology for Reporting Enhancements
• Monitor process performance and improvements based on Operational Key Metrics
• Delivers and accommodates ad hoc reports as necessary
• Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros
• Delivery of all designated reporting activities as detailed in Service Menu to agreed timelines and quality both internally and externally
• Template, tracker creation and maintenance
• Data collation for reports
• Audit tasks output of any reports and workforce team members;
• Coach subordinate or downline’s work errors and issues;
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting process
• Provide insights and recommendation based on report findings to support decision making
• Identify training needs for team members and facilitate development opportunities
• Data generation and processing for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Assignments

• Individual contributor experience welcome and encouraged to apply
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Must be proficient in Advance MS Excel and its functionalities and be able to work on other MS Tools and VBA
• Earn up to 45K basic salary with HMO & allowance
• Must be amenable to work onsite (Gilmore, Quezon City)
