Qualifications

• Engineering graduates w/o BPO experience are welcome to apply.
• For undergraduate applicants, at least three (3) years of study in any engineering-related course must have been completed.
• Preferably with 6 months BPO experience handling any TECHNICAL ACCOUNT but open to candidates with no BPO experience.
• Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog with ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and has active listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
• Basic understanding of how solar panels work.
• Knowledge of different types of solar panel (grid-tied, off-grid, hybrid)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends
• Can start ASAP
• Must be open to onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls, email, and chat.
• Provide technical support solutions for hotline agents, customer service centers, and onsite engineers, and create trouble tickets for unresolved issues.
• Identify recurring problems, submit trouble tickets, and drive improvements.
• Regularly produce technical problem case summaries, conduct enablement training for service stores, and monitor the impact of application changes.
• Assist with the judgment of repair warranty disputes and guide on identifying product authenticity.
