Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking an ISMS Analyst to monitor and manage information security processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cybersecurity, knowledge of ISO standards, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing incidents, and supporting audits. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Pasig, Philippines, offering a competitive salary and a P24K joining bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• Experience in audits and vendor evaluations.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 and Data Privacy Laws.
• Knowledge of ISMS and auditing practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/27002, ISO 22301, PCI-DSS, and data privacy laws; ISO 27001 certs (Foundation/Internal Auditor) an advantage.
• Familiarity with SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, IAM.
• Understanding incident response, vulnerability management, and log monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage compliance for internal/external stakeholders.
• Amenable to shifting schedules and supporting multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems for real-time threat detection.
• Analyze logs for suspicious activities.
• Respond to and manage security incidents.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Maintain and improve information security policies, procedures, and controls in line with ISO 27001, DPA, and other standards.
• Support internal and external audits, client security assessments, and questionnaires.
• Generate compliance metrics, reports, and security documentation.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, evidence records, and post-incident reports.
• Provide security onboarding, refresher training, and awareness sessions to employees.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, HR, Legal, and other departments on ISMS, incident response, and business continuity initiatives.
• Assist in vendor security evaluations and follow-ups.
• Research and recommend security enhancements to strengthen overall security posture.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, IT security processes, and strict data confidentiality at all times.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields (advantage)
• 3–5 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Operations
• Experience in risk assessments, audits, compliance monitoring, and vendor evaluations
• Knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and auditing practices
