Job summary

Forefront Fine Dining Group Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily accounting operations at Makati on-site. The role requires 2–3 years in a managerial position and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with CPA as a plus.

You will manage P&L, ledgers, cost controls across multiple outlets, and ensure timely financial reporting. The person will monitor costs (food, beverage, labor), supervise AP/AR/payroll, and coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is a plus.
• 2–3 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in F&B/hospitality accounting preferred.
• Experience handling accounting for multiple branches/stores is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and other financial reports.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Review daily sales, cash collections, POS transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliation.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing and ensure proper account reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of all outlets.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, HR, Kitchen, Bar, and Management on financial concerns.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the Accounting team.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage, restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or retail industry is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of BIR taxation, VAT, withholding taxes, and other Philippine statutory accounting requirements.
• Familiarity with payroll accounting and statutory deductions/remittances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and financial data analysis.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP and POS systems is preferred.
