Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with a focus on Australian property bookkeeping to join our Manila-based team. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple property entities, assist with AP and payment runs, and ensure precise coding and reconciliations to keep financial records accurate.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of property bookkeeping experience, familiarity with MRI software, and strong Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in property accounting within a commercial property environment.
• Experience with MRI or similar accounting systems is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail for accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property-related entities.
• Support payment processing and AP, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Complete accurate transaction coding, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property-related entities.
• Support payment processing and AP, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Complete accurate transaction coding, bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Work closely with the internal accounting and property management teams and external stakeholders.

Key Criteria

• 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience, with a strong background in property bookkeeping or property accounting, ideally within a commercial property environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the initiative and flexibility to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities, including transaction processing, reconciliations and payment processing.
• MRI experience or exposure to other accounting systems is advantageous, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
• International bookkeeping experience is preferred, with Australian or UK bookkeeping experience considered advantageous.
• Strong Excel and accounting systems skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support efficient bookkeeping processes.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM - 3 PM (PHT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
• Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City): 8 AM - 5 PM (VNT) fully onsite during the probation period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
