Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is urgently hiring a Bookkeeper/Controller – Construction to manage day-to-day accounting for ongoing projects, including job costing, WIP tracking, and monthly close.

You will coordinate with the external CPA and handle cash-flow reporting within a percentage-of-completion framework. The role requires construction accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Buildertrend/BuilderChoice, or Xero.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Background in cost accounting or related accounting functions.
• Construction accounting experience preferred/must-have background.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend/BuilderChoice and/or Xero is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are required.

BOOKKEEPER / CONTROLLER – CONSTRUCTION

Overview:

This role owns the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting function for the company's active construction projects—from job costing and WIP tracking through monthly close, cash-flow reporting, and coordination with the company’s outside CPA. It’s a strong fit for someone who understands percentage-of-completion accounting and is comfortable managing the financial side of multiple concurrent jobs.

Candidate Sourcing Priorities

1. Must-Have Experience

• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Background in cost accounting or related accounting functions
• Construction accounting experience is preferred/must-have background
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
• Familiarity with Buildertrend/BuilderChoice and/or Xero is a plus
• Strong communication skills are required

2. Candidate Background

• Candidates with ANY local or international construction / real estate experience are considered.
• Construction/accounting background should be prioritized during sourcing.

Salary budget: 38k - 43k

Working schedule: Monday – Friday: 8pm – 5am Ph Time / EST Timezone
