Job summary

Onel Builder Resources, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to maintain accurate books for construction projects in our Manila area office.

You will record daily financial transactions, update ledgers, and assist with invoicing and receipts. The ideal candidate has accounting education, experience in bookkeeping, proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software, and a strict eye for detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related course.
With experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Staff.
Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting records, and financial transactions.
Familiar with BIR compliance, invoicing, receipts, and basic tax documentation.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Able to handle confidential financial information.
Construction industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts and accounting records.
Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and organize invoices, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reports.
Monitor cash advances and liquidation.
Assist the Accounting Department with BIR and other government compliance requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of financial records.
Perform other accounting/bookkeeping duties as assigned.
