Job summary

Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Associate to visit assigned outlets and drive sales across a defined territory. The role emphasizes relationship-building with retailers, distributors, and customers while meeting quarterly targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industries, with strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, and is willing to work daily in the field with travel within Metro

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• With at least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, or route sales.
• Experience in booking sales, order taking, account servicing, and territory management is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, product selling, merchandising, and customer account management.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and develop new customers/accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Willing to conduct daily fieldwork and visit assigned outlets/accounts.
• Able to maintain good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other customers.
• Must be results-oriented, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Physically fit and willing to work under field conditions.
• Preferably with a valid driver\'s license and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
