Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, and ELV/security systems. Strong technical and customer interaction skills are required to ensure system uptime and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, service reports, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and supporting upgrades with required training and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation/Mechatronics or related field.
• Certifications in Fire & Security Systems are a plus.
• 2–6 years in installation, commissioning, or servicing Fire/Security/ELV/Building Automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and maintain Fire & Security Systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion, and control systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance per service schedules.
• Attend service calls and close customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain service reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams for project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Support system upgrades and integrations; provide customer training as needed.
• Participate in on-call support and emergency breakdown response.
