Job summary

Surbana Jurong Philippines is seeking a skilled professional to support BMS administration, process mapping and continual improvement within a global, multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with area experts, owners and stakeholders to ensure QA integrity and effective documentation.

Key duties include document review, business process review, system administration and timely follow‑up on requests, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and proactive communication to drive project success

• Document Review (QA): Ensure BMS documents are reviewed periodically by Area Experts and Owners; ensure documents are free from errors before uploading to the BMS by liaising with the GSS Marketing and Communications Team in proofreading and correcting spelling and grammatical errors and reformatting documents to ensure consistency with BMS Instructions, and proper documentation of changes and revision comments.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Review (QA): Ensure BMS documents are reviewed periodically by Area Experts and Owners; ensure documents are free from errors before uploading to the BMS by liaising with the GSS Marketing and Communications Team in proofreading and correcting spelling and grammatical errors and reformatting documents to ensure consistency with BMS Instructions, and proper documentation of changes and revision comments.
• Business Process Review: Work with area owners and key stakeholders in the review of critical business processes and systems to identify process gaps; develop accurate process maps to identify workflows, information dependencies, bottlenecks, decision‑making points and client requirements; undertake best practice gap analysis and support area owners and key stakeholders in resolving process issues identified by the process review; develop necessary documentation (e.g. procedures, guidelines, working instructions, user guides) using a range of sources and tools for process implementation.
• BMS Administration: Facilitate resolution of BMS‑related issues and requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to document change requests, access errors/requests, journal/article requests; liaise with internal team members or other functional groups to address unresolved issues; review any feedback or suggestions by users and forward to the appropriate functional group, as necessary; act as the administrator of the following BMS sites: Audit Site (Audit Programmes, Audit Reports, Issue Notifications), Client Pre‑registered Suppliers Site and Knowledge Portal; prepare reports related to the performance of the BMS (BMS Usage Report, BMS Recent Changes, Audits, Summary of Regional BMS Reports); identify and suggest possible improvements on internal processes; perform other tasks related to BMS systems, as required.
