Regenesys Philippines is seeking a Biologist / Molecular Biologist to support research, protocol development, and education initiatives. The role emphasizes development of concepts, study designs, and collaboration with external investigators and partners.

The Biologist / Molecular Biologist will support the Regenesys Philippines research, protocol development, scientific education, and research collaboration initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and review of research protocols and study methodologies, assist in developing research projects with external investigators and research partners, review scientific literature and research findings, and develop scientifically accurate educational materials. This position is intended for someone with actual laboratory research experience who understands experimental design and can critically evaluate scientific studies and protocols. The candidate should be capable of moving beyond routine laboratory work and contributing to the development of research concepts, protocols, educational programs, and scientific publications.
Develop, review, and refine research and laboratory protocols related to molecular biology, biologics, biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and related biological sciences
Assist in developing research concepts, study objectives, experimental methodologies, study designs, outcome measures, and data collection procedures
Review existing research protocols and experimental methodologies for scientific quality, feasibility, consistency, and alignment with current evidence
Conduct literature reviews and evidence assessments to support the development of research protocols and study concepts
Work with researchers, clinicians, laboratories, academic institutions, and other research partners in developing scientific studies and research initiatives
Review ongoing and completed studies conducted in collaboration with external research partners
Organize and correlate findings across different studies, cases, and research projects to identify trends, patterns, similarities, and areas requiring further research
Develop educational materials and training resources related to molecular biology, biologics, biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and biological sciences
Assist in preparing scientific reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations, literature reviews, and other scientific outputs
Communicate and coordinate with investigators, researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, and other research partners regarding scientific activities
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field
Currently pursuing or has completed a Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
Hands-on laboratory research experience in molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, biologics, or a related discipline
Experience performing or assisting with laboratory-based research
Experience developing, following, reviewing, or documenting laboratory or research protocols
Basic understanding of scientific research methodology and experimental design
Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature, research protocols, and research findings
Strong scientific writing, documentation, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize scientific information
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with researchers and external partners
