Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Currently pursuing or has completed a Master's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on laboratory research experience in molecular biology or related discipline.
• Experience performing or assisting with laboratory-based research.
• Experience developing, following, reviewing, or documenting laboratory protocols.
• Solid understanding of scientific research methodology and experimental design.
• Ability to critically evaluate literature, protocols, and findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine research and laboratory protocols related to molecular biology and related fields.
• Assist in developing research concepts, study objectives, and experimental methodologies.
• Review existing protocols for quality, feasibility, and alignment with evidence.
• Conduct literature reviews and evidence assessments to support protocols.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, laboratories, and academic institutions.
• Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Develop educational materials and training resources in related sciences.
• Communicate with investigators and partners regarding scientific activities.
