Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve BIM/VDC issues, model coordination, and automation scripts.
• Maintain troubleshooting logs and escalate complex issues to vendors or internal teams.
• Respond promptly to project team inquiries and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT to define requirements and translate them into BIM/VDC solutions.
• Design and deliver structured training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Document best practices, SOPs, and knowledge-base content for future use.
• Assist in planning, testing, and deployment of new BIM/VDC tools and upgrades.
