You will develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training focused on 3D modeling of process piping in Revit, aligned with VIATechnik's global standards. This role partners with global tech leadership and Learning & Development to build scalable training materials, measurable performance

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical BIM training in HVAC or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and HVAC piping modeling.
• Strong documentation, coaching, and classroom delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a standardized HVAC BIM training program.
• Lead classroom and hands-on training sessions for BIM detailers.
• Reduce onboarding time with structured, scalable training workflows.
• Develop a QA self-check framework and measurable competency benchmarks.
