Job summary

VIATechnik Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a BIM/MEP Project Engineer to convert 2D drawings into Revit 3D models and perform clash coordination across disciplines.

You will convert point cloud scans into accurate 3D models, prepare RFIs, and review drawings, specifications, and instructions to ensure successful project delivery. You’ll act as the first-line quality control manager and work with Team and Project Managers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Proficient in BIM software, notably Revit and Navisworks.
• Basic plan reading knowledge for Civil, Structural, Architecture, and MEPF.

Responsibilities

• Convert drawings to Revit 3D Models.
• Perform clash coordination.
• Convert Pointcloud scan to 3D models.
• Prepare RFIs.
• Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure successful management of projects.
• Act as first-line quality control manager.
• Identify project issues (ex. Schedule, quality, productivity) and work with Team Manager and Project Managers to resolve issues.
• Other related tasks if there’s any.
