Job summary

Jobtailor, based in Makati, seeks a trained professional to manage Virtual Design and Construction tasks. You will review drawings and 3D models for constructability, coordinate with the VDC team, and generate clash-detection reports to ensure model integrity.

The role requires plan-reading skills and proficiency in tools like Revit, Bluebeam, and Navisworks. You will perform quantity take-offs across trades when necessary and conduct comprehensive model quality checks, helping catch costly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields with plan reading knowledge.
• Experience with BIM tools is preferred (Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks).
• Willing to work in Makati and support VDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and requirements to manage projects effectively.
• Review 2D plans and 3D models for model integrity and constructability.
• Coordinate with VDC team to ensure design alignment with plans.
• Generate clash detection reports to identify constructability issues.
• Provide checklists and overlays to catch errors before construction starts.
• Perform quantity take-offs across trades when needed.
• Conduct model quality checks and sanity reviews.
• Learn and use industry tools to audit models (Bluebeam, BIM360, Navisworks, Ideate).
• Assess digital process compliance based on playbooks.
