Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a BIM Engineer to create, manage, and coordinate 3D BIM models for construction projects. You will work with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate BIM workflows and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a focus on clash detection, coordination, and documentation. Collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential for improving construction execution and design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5 years of BIM experience in construction, architecture, or engineering projects is preferred.
Proficiency in BIM software with focus on Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D modelling, clash detection, and BIM-related tools.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and update 3D BIM models for multiple construction projects across structural, MEP disciplines.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to implement BIM requirements.
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and standards; ensure compliance with project needs.
Perform clash detection analyses and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
Produce documentation, reports, and schedules (4D/5D) related to BIM activities.
Provide training and support on BIM tools and processes to the team.
Maintain data integrity, version control, and timely project updates.
